Home Brew Update

So it's been 7 days since we did the initial home brew. I actually carted the brewkeg to G'ville with the 8 liter bottles that came with the kit. And while I was chatting with Joanne, James was in the kitchen like a mad scientist sterilizing the bottles and funneling via a homemade aluminum funnel from the brewkeg into the bottles. And the beer "smelled" okay...it "looked" okay....but will it "BE" okay? We find out Saturday on James birthday.
