Book Review

After using my gift certificate from James for Barnes & Noble, I have gone through books like water down the drain. I am going to have to visit the Milwood Public Library and use my library card to read some of the books on my Amazon Wish List.

But I just finished The Last Juror, by John Grisham. I have read every one of Grisham's books and my absolute favorite one was his first, A Time to Kill. The rest of his books have been interesting with the law thrillers, but sometimes he gets a little too "conspiracy theory" for me, and I cannot find his stories plausible. They are entertaining in the mere fact of entertainment, but nothing more than that - they are fluff reading in my opinion.

And this book was better than fluff from his past works. The story was more plausible to me, and not too much "conspiracy theory". I enjoyed reading this book for the sole entertainment factor. Probably one of his better writings than what Grisham has produced in the past. It just provided more proof that I do enjoy the law thriller books.
