It's just wonderful I tell ya.
Had a repairman come today to look at my cracked tile in my master bath. It's got a small leak that is going behind the bath into my closet and causing some mold issue. Per the handyman, it's more than just repairing tile. It seems that there was no backerboard placed behind the shower appropriately and it's just turning into mush as water is seeping through the grout. So, it's going to be more than just a couple hundred to rip out the tile, fix the walls, ensure no leakage, and replace with tile.
Wonderful.
