Do you ever do stupid things?

I know you do. Don't lie to me.

This Sunday morning saw me awake at the unlawful hour of 8am due to an extreme allergy attack (cedar pollen). Hard to sleep when you can't breathe. Since I had no Claritin-D at my disposal, I needed to make a run to the 24 hour Walgreen's. I decided to "multi-task" and put in a load of laundry. By the time I made coffee, fed Oscar, got dressed, found my keys, I realized that I hadn't even put in the load of towels into the machine. So I opened up the door (dumb!) and out came a tidal wave of water, suds, & bubbles onto the tile floor. DUH! Note to self, when the washer is mid-cycle, it most likely means that it's full of water and detergent. Thankfully, I had a pile of towels to clean up the mess.

I blame this mishap on lack of sleep, coffee, and oxygen. That's my story. I'm sticking with it.
