I wanted to die, yet I feel alive!

Huff 'n Puff strikes again. However, I must admit that thanks to Sweet T, who gave me proper pointers on my bike's seat position, I don't "pump my legs" so hard, and am not huff'n -n- puff'n as badly.

Thanks to the rains this weekend, we've stayed under 100 degrees of sweltering, and I decided to take my chances and ride my bike today at 12:30pm today. I also decided, based upon my nemesis of Wycliff Drive that is on a steep incline (that statement may be overstated, but it's how I feel!), to go the opposite direction. Go west young woman!

And I've decided I'm a cliff dweller. My house must be on a cliff, as every road around me in my 'hood is on an incline towards the house. And whereas at times in my trip I wanted to just absolutely die from my heart exploding, and running out of breath, right now, 30 minutes later, I feel great. Actually, alive, and not too much of a couch sloth.
