Piano is my bag

Have you seen my vimeo clips? Every week, I'm filming one of my "performances", and putting it on my blog to share. This upload has actually been beneficial:

1. I can vouch that I've been practicing.
2. I can actually hear what I'm playing. It's a little different than what I think I'm playing.
3. I actually enjoy hear myself playing.

Below is a picture of my new piano bag given to me by Sweet T for Christmas. So, it was supposed to be a beach bag, but since I'm nowhere near a beach these days, it's even better as my music book bag.

Isn't it pretty?

Impressive! You play well. I've always wanted to learn and I'm completely jealous. I'm ready for a little "Great Balls of Fire" now. When can I see that on Vimeo?

That would be a little too modern for my playbook. Right now, I'm only playing anything written circa 1800's. But I'm playing a few little ditties by Communist composer Dmitri Kabalevsky. And his time frame is between 1904-1984. So, he's a little more contemporary.
