Nervous

Tonight was my piano recital. I've been playing like a mad little Shroeder from Peanuts. I've been practicing my pieces: Gavotte by JS Bach and German Dance by Josef Haydn over and over and over.

So THANK YOU to Frank, Destiny, and Rene who came to support me and listen to my performance. Frank, my roomie who would know, said it was the best performance he'd heard me play. Trust me, as often as Frank has heard these pieces, he has the best insight as to my playing since he gets to hear it the most.

If you'd like to hear my performances, my Vimeo links at the right hand side have some pieces I've been playing. Recital #1 and #2 are the ones I performed tonight. I think I played moderately well, a few fumbles, and missed notes, but all in all, I enjoyed playing. Not often I play in front of that many people, so the experience was good, even though my fingers were sweating.
