Okay, so what’s been going on since early October? I feel like I sorta fell off the face of the earth. I went on my trip to Seattle and had a great time. I saw snow mid-way to Mt. Rainier, took a really cool commuter ferry to Bainbridge that put the Galveston-Port Bolivar ferries to shame, and I saw the space needle and ate some great food. After I got back, I’ve been in Columbia, SC on a project for work. I stayed over 3 weeks during December, and besides working 50+ hours a week, I even went to Charleston twice. I still haven’t putzed around my old city like I wanted, but I played a darn good touron while I was there. I’ve also “caught” myself a Southern accent. I even hear myself talking like some faux southern debutante. Then next thing I know, it’s Christmas which took me by surprise this year. It’s not too easy hauling Christmas in a suitcase. I have hardly seen my friends or family, and it seems like it's been a bit too long since I've had a real good gal-night with Steph & Lori.
Well, that should catch us up to New Year’s. How about you? Anybody doing something I haven’t talked to you about? Hopefully we can keep caught up.
