It was a trainwreck. I sat there and watched it happen, and couldn’t do anything about it.
I was in HEB buying my groceries when I watched another girl walk out of HEB after purchasing some grocery items. She was wearing a pink tank top, with a black ruffly miniskirt (a la Paris Hilton, soooooo 2004 fashion.) She was roughly my size, or larger, which means she should NOT have been wearing this ensemble. Plus, it IS October, even though the temperatures are in the 90s today.
As she walked out of the store, her skirt had shifted itself up and over her rump, exposing her upper thighs and panties. (she wore black undies by the way, thank GOD they weren’t thong!) And not one person stopped her to gently let her know that she was showing us almost everything she had. It was awful. I felt so sorry for the girl, to be walking out of the store thinking she’s ALL THAT, when she is probably in the midst of one of her most humiliating life moments. At least it wasn't me.
