What to do, what to do?
My Sparkletts delivery payment was not posted to my account a few months back. So, they finally found the posting, and subsequently double credited my account.
I called Sparkletts once I found out about the second credit and asked that they please take it off my account, as the missing payment had been found, and all was right with the account.
Well, I received my statement today from them, and they never took off the credit, which my conversation with them was mid-April.
Do I call them again and ask for a second time to please take the 2nd credit off because I owe them for my current bill which shows no amount owed? I've called them once, is that enough? The onus is on them to make the correction now that I've advised them of their error, right? Or should I call back AGAIN to advise them of their error that was never corrected?

If they didn't correct the mistake after you brought it to their attention, that's too bad for them.
