After being with Bridezilla and trying on tacky Bridesmaid dresses, it became quite apparent that I need to get back on a "healthy eating plan". Let's not say diet because it annoys me saying that today.
So my gripe today is that in perusing several websites about getting on a healthy eating plan, they all expect you to to just eat vegetables. Salads galore. Ugh. Can I just tell you how sick I can get of HAVING to eat my veggies? A real meal is NOT just a salad. I'd like to have my meat & two sides, but I just need to eat less of them.
I know, I know, variety is the spice of life, and all that - but why can't "dieting" promote other foods besides vegetables? Oh yes, in case you don't know me - I actually like vegetables. It's fruit that I find it hard to eat.
