Commentary:
~This Somewhere Over the Rainbow just invokes a little bit of kid in me, such an innocent remake. Never mind that I cannot pronounce that guy's last name.
~The CCR is homage to YR2005. It evokes an emotion from that era that is best felt in this song.
~John Mayer is my peace & love on Labor Day weekend. So much has happened in my life during this weekend including but not limited to Princess Di's funeral in 1997 and Dad died on Labor Day 1998.
~SexyBack reminds me of techno dance. Vibes is IN DA HOOOOOUUUUUSE!
~I just like the PCD Buttons song cause they say "frontin".
~As for Kanye West, I like the Gold Digger samplings.
~Scissor Sisters is my new Erasure.
~As for MJ, we just can't forget the great dance songs on "Off The Wall". Icon. Freak.
~Donna Summer just reminds me that I'm a Disco Queen. I need a strobe light.
~And Midnight Train to Georgia has a teensy, weensy bit of ex-beau in it. Plus, I sound just like Gladys with the volume turned way up.
Thanks for listening. Tune in for future playlists that I might feel vulnerable enough to share with you.
Rock on :: Rock out.
