Sweet Treat

My new favorite crack, er, sweet treat...thanks to my fellow co-worker/director who introduced this lovely confection to me while traveling through DFW airport. If you can, always go through Terminal B. It's a mallport.

This tasty treat, courtesy of Rocky Mountain Fudge Factory, is a chocolate covered Granny Smith apple. The one I had was the cheesecake caramel apple: graham crackers, white confection, caramel and a tart sweet apple.
An apple a day keeps the doctor away - can it be covered and smothered in caramel & chocolate to have the same healthy benefits?
