I can now breathe a HUGE sigh of relief after a mild panic attack. This morning I noticed a puddle of water running down the length of the garage. The source being the A/C unit in the house.

Upon closer inspection, the drain line was leaking and causing spillage over and beyond the unit. So immediately I start thinking - "IT'S GONNA COST ME ONE MILLION DOLLARS!" for repair.

I call ARS at noon today. By 1pm, a repair tech came by, assessed the situation, diagnosed the drain line, and fixed it. All for a mere service call of $59.95. He even said that the clog drain line on the side of the house came out with such force it hit the neighbor's house! Now that's funny! Of course, my troll sony/graphics artist/gamer neighbor would never notice anything like that - he never noticed the webworms in the trees.

All I can say, er sing, is HAL-LAY-LU-YAH!
